Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Trina’s Shop. This document governs all returns and exchanges of Trina’s Shop (“trinashop.com”) (as defined below). If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to carefully review our Return and Refund Policy. Trina’s Shop reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy in whole or in part at any time at its sole direction.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy we establish the following definitions:

  • “Customer” means end user customers that purchase directly from distributors or wholesalers.

What’s Trina’s Shop Return and Refund Policy?

We accept returns. You can return items purchased from Us within 15 days of the original purchase date, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions, and provided that they meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Product isn’t used or damaged.

If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Return & Refund Process

If your purchase is eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that you follow the steps below to start the return process.

  2. Ship it back the following does not apply to the sale of digital products. If you purchased a digital product or service, please proceed to Step 3. Please ship the item(s) back to Us. You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with shipping the returned item(s) so make sure you use a reliable shipping company. Ship the item you wish to return to the following address: Small items send to Trina’s Shop P.O Box 1942 Lithonia, GA 30058 for larger items email to: support@trinashop.com for further instructions. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, so please make sure you ask the shipping company for the proper tracking information when shipping your items.
  3. Inspection & Refund Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If you requested an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement item to your address within 24 hours of processing your return.
  4. Shipment & Payment
  1. We will ship the parcel in 2-4 days after you made payment. 2. There are a few different options for commodity transportation, but please try to choose logistics channels, which allow you to receive the goods earlier. 3. The package details is not the actual weight and size of the goods, if you need to know the actually weight and size, you just need to contact us. 4. Delivery time is about 10-45 days. 5. The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.

2. About Customs

1.Any import charges or fees are the buyer’s responsibility. 2.Suppliers are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. 3.Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade. We sincerely hope that you do not use additional import costs or customs clearance delays as a reason for requesting refunds or leaving negative feedback.

3. After-sales Service

We will check the goods quality before shipment. If there are some unexpected problems happen, we hope to solve the problems with buyer through friendly in the following ways: 1. If it is quality problem, buyer can contact me directly, I will give you answer within 12 hours. 2. Man-made damaged, buyers take full responsibility.

4. Size and color

Our product size there may be error, error in the range of 1-2cm. Product color due to screen, light and photographed background and other reasons there will be a slight color difference. This is to belong to the normal range.
